CANCELLATION POLICY

For custom orders, please make sure you are ready to proceed before placing your order.

Because custom designs require dedicated time for each individual order, cancellations requested after the design/preview process has started will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, in addition to any non-refundable Etsy fees and costs already incurred.

If you change your mind after receiving a preview, the same cancellation policy will apply.

We’re always happy to make reasonable adjustments to your design, so please let us know what you’d like changed before requesting a cancellation.
